Condemnation

Shiva is a major Hindu god who is often depicted as male and female at once. This indicates that Shiva is above and outside the physical world, beyond human limitations.

According to Hindu mythology, Lord Shiva is considered as a godly manifestation of a man or a true masculine force. In a literal sense, Shiva means that which is not.

Shivani is another name for Goddess Parvati, which means “the female aspect of Lord Shiva.”

Shiva’s form Ardhnarishwar is genderless, as it combines the words “Ardha,” “Nari,” and “Ishwara”.

“Ardha” means “half,” “Nari” means “woman,” and “Ishwara” means “lord”. The combination is believed to mean “the lord whose half is a woman”. This means that Shiva is the god, and Parvati or Shakti is his consort.

Negative reviews and viewers loudly condemning his Netflix special — a message to the industry that audiences don’t support platforming anti-LGBTQ diatribes.

Why double down and antagonize the androgynous alphabet people whom already encounter every form of discrimination, and has begged him mercilessly to stop? The provocative comic seems to respond to past accusations of homophobia and skin disparity via reverse discrimination.
